The Event Production & Planning Support fee (20% of the contract) covers:

• Event logistics and timeline coordination

• Staffing scheduling and internal team management

• Equipment preparation, packing, and post-event breakdown

• Supply planning and inventory coordination

• Liquor liability insurance and compliance support

• Administrative work across our Sales, Operations, and Support teams

• Pre-event communication and day-of execution oversight
