Mobile Mixologist was founded by David Eclevia with one clear idea:
mobile bartending should feel just as thoughtful, polished, and welcoming as your favorite bar.
What started as a small operation has grown into a multi-department hospitality company with dedicated leadership across marketing, sales, delivery, operations, and people management. As we’ve grown, one thing has stayed the same — our commitment to doing things the right way, with care and intention.

His work centers on aligning strategy, operations, and values—ensuring Mobile Mixologist continues to scale in a way that feels intentional, people-first, and true to the brand.

HUMAN RELATIONS MANAGER
Lareina supports the people behind Mobile Mixologist, ensuring our team feels informed, supported, and set up for success. As Human Relations Manager, she oversees recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and team communication—helping create a workplace that is respectful, organized, and collaborative.
She serves as a key connection point between leadership and the field team, supporting professional growth, resolving challenges, and helping maintain a positive, people-first culture as the company continues to grow.

Shawna Pierce
CRAFT SUPERVISOR
Shawna leads Mobile Mixologist’s cocktail program and front-line bar execution. As Craft Supervisor, she sets the standards for how our drinks should look, taste, and feel—ensuring every menu works beautifully in real event environments, from intimate weddings to large-scale corporate activations.
She plays a key role in developing our senior bartenders and guiding high-level execution in the field, mentoring team leads and helping shape what “world-class” service means at Mobile Mixologist. Shawna’s leadership ensures that creativity, consistency, and hospitality come together behind every bar we run.

Maxine Sutton
MARKETING MANAGER
Maxine leads brand strategy, messaging, and marketing execution across all channels. As Marketing Manager, she is the creative and strategic force behind Mobile Mixologist’s public presence, shaping how the brand is seen, heard, and experienced.
Her work plays a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and qualified client inquiries, ensuring our marketing efforts align with both our values and business goals.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Based in Costa Rica and working remotely across Europe, Valeria supports Mobile Mixologist’s operations and administrative needs. As Administrative Assistant, she helps keep the business organized, responsive, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
Her role includes managing communication, scheduling, and documentation, while supporting internal workflows that allow the team to focus on delivering great events.

PUBLIC RELATIONS COORDINATOR
Veronica supports Mobile Mixologist’s public relations efforts, helping build visibility, relationships, and brand credibility. With a background in PR and communication, she focuses on storytelling, partnerships, and external outreach that connect the brand with creative communities.
She is especially passionate about experiential events, art-driven collaborations, and influencer-led activations, helping introduce Mobile Mixologist to new audiences through thoughtfully curated experiences.

Monica Reynoso
FLAVOR MASTER
Monica is Mobile Mixologist’s lead mixologist, focused on recipe development and flavor innovation. Working closely with the Craft Supervisor, she develops and refines cocktail specs, in-house syrups, and specialty ingredients that elevate every drink we serve.
Her work ensures that our cocktails are not only creative and well-balanced, but also practical and consistent across a wide range of event settings. Monica plays a critical role in protecting the integrity of our cocktail experience—making sure every drink tastes just as good, no matter the location.

Angkham Khetsavanh
SENIOR BARTENDER
A longtime team member and trusted veteran, Angkham is known for stepping in when it matters most. As a Senior Bartender, he supports Mobile Mixologist’s busiest events, leads by example behind the bar, and helps mentor newer bartenders as they grow into their roles.
Outside of events, Angkham is deeply rooted in community. He brings a steady presence, strong work ethic, and people-first mindset to everything he does—qualities that make him an invaluable part of the team.

Adam Barr
Mobile Mixologist would not be what it is today without the early guidance and mentorship of Adam Barr, our former Craft Supervisor and long-time creative partner.
Adam helped shape the foundation of our cocktail philosophy and core values. His approach to drinks — often described as tart, light, strong, and bright — continues to influence how we think about flavor, balance, and restraint.
With deep roots in farm-to-table mixology and years of experience behind some of Northern California’s most respected bars, Adam brought a belief that every drink — alcoholic or non-alcoholic — deserves care and intention without ever being fussy or overly fancy.
His core values of simplicity, quality, and care helped inspire the values we live by today. When Adam stepped away from his role, he encouraged us to find the next generation of leaders who could carry that philosophy forward — and we’re proud to say we did.
