DAVID ECLEVIA

Background
For over 18 years, David has been a prominent figure in the world of bartending. His expertise has graced events, festivals, high-end restaurants, and even the dingiest of dive bars.
David's exceptional skills have garnered attention from various publications such as Modesto View Magazine, 209 Magazine, Mira Bridal Culture, and many more. Companies like Moet Hennessy, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Del Monte, and even MTV have sought after his talents.
Achieving 1st place in the “Master’s of Mixology” Cocktail Competition at E&J Gallo Winery’s Galletto’s Ristorante was just one of David's many triumphs. He now leads as the Beverage Director of The Century Wedding & Event Venue and has educated numerous individuals in the art of mixology through his engaging virtual and in-person workshops.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, David is a devoted father to two incredible boys, aged 4 and 7, who keep his life wonderfully hectic!

ADAM BARR

Background
Adam Barr studied the art of farm-to-table craft cocktails during his five years as a bartender at Port Costa, California's Bull Valley Roadhouse, an SF Chronicle Top 100 Restaurant and Notable Cocktail Program. Before this, he bartended for four years at the Shattuck Downlow (Berkeley, CA's busiest nightclub at the time) with additional stints at Acme Bar, Rock Bar, Zut! on Fourth, and Blake's on Telegraph. Adam has also served for seven years as the lead Mixologist for Northern California for Moët Hennessy through Strategic Group, and has won two cocktail competitions: the Hennessy Black Cocktail Competition in 2011, and the Bacardi Bar Build team competition in 2014. He is a Worker Member at Restaurant Opportunities Center of the Bay Area, where he works for social justice within the restaurant industry.
Adam's mission is to ensure that every drink, both with and without alcohol, shows careful attention to detail, without ever being fussy or overly fancy. His core values are simplicity, quality, and care.
