We started Mobile Mixologist in 2014 with a simple belief:
The host shouldn’t be the busiest person at their own party.
What started behind the bar has grown into a hospitality company serving private celebrations, weddings and corporate events throughout Northern California.
We make great drinks. But after more than a decade of events, we’ve learned that the drink is only part of what people remember.
They remember how you made them feel.
OUR STORY
Mobile Mixologist was founded by David Eclevia after years spent working behind bars and in hospitality.
The original idea was simple: bring a professional bar experience directly to the client.
But the events taught us something bigger.
A beautiful cocktail doesn’t mean much if the bar is chaotic. Great hospitality doesn’t happen by accident. And the best events are the ones where the host gets to stop managing everything and actually be part of the moment.
So Mobile Mixologist grew up.
Today, we’re building more than a mobile bartending company. We’re building a hospitality company around thoughtful preparation, great people, simple systems and memorable experiences.
From an intimate backyard celebration to a wedding or a large corporate event, the philosophy stays the same:

FOUNDER & CEO
David founded Mobile Mixologist in 2014 after years working behind the bar and in hospitality.
What started as a way to bring better bartending directly to private events became something much bigger. After more than a decade of celebrations, weddings and corporate events, his focus today is building the people, systems and standards that allow Mobile Mixologist to deliver great hospitality consistently.
He still loves a great cocktail. He just believes the way you make people feel matters more.

Maxine leads the way Mobile Mixologist tells its story. From our brand and website to the content that introduces us to new clients, she helps make sure what people see before an event reflects the experience we work hard to deliver at one.

Valeria is often one of the first people our clients meet and one of the people keeping everything organized behind the scenes.
From the first inquiry through the details that move an event toward the finish line, she helps make working with Mobile Mixologist feel simple.

Shawna is one of the creative forces behind Mobile Mixologist.
As Craft Supervisor, she helps shape our cocktails, artistic direction and the standards behind the bar. She has an incredible eye for turning an idea into something that looks beautiful, tastes great and feels right for the event.
Today, she’s also helping turn years of experience behind the bar into the training and standards that will shape the next generation of Mobile Mixologist bartenders.

Monica helps bring our cocktail ideas to life.
As Flavor Master, she works with ingredients, recipes, fresh preparations and production to help turn creative concepts into drinks our teams can execute consistently at real events.
Her work helps bridge the space between an idea in development and hundreds of great drinks being served to guests.

Great events start long before the first drink is poured.
Alicea helps make sure our teams have the equipment, supplies and event details they need before they ever leave the warehouse. Her work behind the scenes helps create the preparation and consistency our bartenders depend on in the field.

Marcos is one of the people we trust to lead from behind the bar.
From private celebrations to large-scale events, he brings experience, composure and hospitality to the field while helping newer members of the team understand what it means to represent Mobile Mixologist.

Angkham has been part of Mobile Mixologist long enough to have seen just about everything an event can throw at us.
He’s a trusted veteran behind the bar, a steady presence at some of our busiest events and someone newer bartenders can look to when it’s time to see what great hospitality looks like in practice.
A Note of Gratitude
Adam Barr
Adam served as Mobile Mixologist’s original Craft Supervisor, helping shape the way we thought about cocktails, flavor and creativity behind the bar.
His influence here went far beyond recipes. Years later, Adam gave David another challenge: find the people who could carry that work forward — a new Craft Supervisor and a Flavor Master.
That challenge eventually helped shape the roles Shawna Pierce and Monica Reynoso hold today.
Some people work for a company. Others leave a piece of themselves behind.
Adam did the latter, and Mobile Mixologist is better because of it.
