Vampire Silent Disco

We love to collaborate with party planners to craft memorable events. When the good folks from Goodstock Productions came to us to bring their Vampire Silent Disco to life, we were all in! Our mixologists conjured a unique cocktail menu with a vampire twist. Don’t worry, none of our recipes called for blood, but all of our drinks had a red hue to fit their theme.
At Mobile Mixologist, we create top-notch social experiences and provide stress-free event planning and execution. We focus on making every guest feel like a VIP and elevating your event with sophistication and luxury.
At this silent disco, fanged guests were welcomed into Uncle Harry’s. The moody penthouse suite at the top of the Harrison in San Francisco. Party goers grabbed wireless headphones to shuffle on the dance floor, or made their way to our bar which was a hub of conversation all night. Try one of our blood-red signature drinks at your next gathering.
BLACK Manhattan
Manhattans are an aromatic, spirit-forward, cocktail and remains to be one of the most popular cocktails enjoyed around the world. The drink is traditionally garnished with a maraschino cherry. Our favorite is Luxardo from Italy. The cherries are candied directly after harvesting, resulting in a naturally dark and beautiful color.
Black Manhattan
2 oz Rittenhouse Rye
1 oz Averna
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Luxardo Brandied Cherries to sink your fangs into
Blackberry Mule
Here’s a fresh twist on the Moscow Mule. For our blackberry mule, we make our own blackberry-ginger syrup and use club soda to in lieu of ginger beer. We juice our blackberries and double strain. Then add good sugar and Hawaiian ginger to complete the syrup.
Blackberry Mule
1.5 oz vodka
3/4 oz blackberry-ginger syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime
3 oz club soda
2 blackberries for garnish
Cherry Lime Gin & Tonic
A gin and tonic is exceptionally refreshing, so are lemons, so are cherries, see where we’re going here? The combination of the flavors makes for a light, bright cocktail.
Cherry Lime Gin & Tonic
2 oz Botanist Gin
3/4 oz tart cherry syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime
3 oz Fever-Tree Tonic Water
1 oz club soda
2 dehydrated citrus wheels
POMEGRANATE Bellini
Bellini’s are sparkling Italian cocktails made with two simple ingredients: Prosecco and fruit puree. They’re fizzy and refreshing, with more body than your average cocktail. For this version, we used homemade pomegranate syrup for its rich color and flavor.
Pomegranate Bellini
1 oz pomegranate juice
4 oz champagne
freshly pitted pom seeds to float
Cheers to unforgettable experiences!
